Lighter than the dark roast, but still has plenty of flavor. If you want the signature great illy taste, than this coffee is for you.
I use it black with a small lump of brown sugar. But what can I do. This is strong coffee like the Italian espresso. A real amateur will tell you that the use of any sugar is sacrilege. The flesh is weak. Take care you don't boil the water, otherwise it will loses its flavor. The water should be between warm and hot.
